Leveraging the Insights feature
The Insights feature of Attention is a powerful tool that leverages AI and language modeling to provide real-time guidance and streamline the sales process. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to use it.
- Using manual insights by asking questions: Within the "Conversations" section, you'll find the "Insights" feature. This is where you can delve deeper into the content of the conversations. To use it, simply type in the search bar. For instance, you can ask, "What is this conversation about?" The AI will analyze the conversation and provide you with a summary or the key points.
- Using the pre-populated insights: There is a full list of pre-populated insights, ranging from summaries to objections, action items, and positive moments. You can use the dropdown at the right of the insights tab, and select one of the pre-built options
Drafting follow up emails
Attention's follow-up email feature streamlines post-call communication with pre-designed templates. Here's how to use it based on the interface shown in the screenshot:
- Navigate to the "Email" Tab:
- On the top navigation bar, locate and click on the "Email" tab. This is where the email follow-up functionality resides.
- Select a Template:
- Under the "Template" section, you’ll see a list of available templates.
- Click on the template you want to use. For example, in this case, the "CS Follow Up" template is visible and can be selected.
- Edit Templates (Optional):
- If you need to customize an email template, click on the "Edit Templates" option next to the "Template" section.
- Make necessary changes to suit your follow-up communication needs.
- Generate Email Template:
- After selecting a template, the system will automatically generate the email content for you.
- A loading indicator (e.g., "Generating Email Template...") will appear momentarily as the content is prepared.
- Review and Send:
- Once the template has been generated, review the content to ensure it matches the context of your follow-up.
- Make any additional edits if needed before copying the email to Gmail/Outlook and sending it.
