Leveraging the Insights feature

The Insights feature of Attention is a powerful tool that leverages AI and language modeling to provide real-time guidance and streamline the sales process. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to use it.

  1. Using manual insights by asking questions: Within the "Conversations" section, you'll find the "Insights" feature. This is where you can delve deeper into the content of the conversations. To use it, simply type in the search bar. For instance, you can ask, "What is this conversation about?" The AI will analyze the conversation and provide you with a summary or the key points.
  2. Using the pre-populated insights: There is a full list of pre-populated insights, ranging from summaries to objections, action items, and positive moments. You can use the dropdown at the right of the insights tab, and select one of the pre-built options

Drafting follow up emails

Attention's follow-up email feature streamlines post-call communication with pre-designed templates. Here's how to use it based on the interface shown in the screenshot:
