Language Settings: Based on your conversation with your customers, you can set the primary language for the bot. To set the language, go to the settings page, select 'Language', and choose your primary language. Make sure you cater it to each call.
Joining external calls: If you’d like to have your conversations recorded when the host is outside of your team, go to Settings, and make sure you check the following check-box:
Selecting in advance which calls to record: On the Attention homepage, you can select in advance which calls to record. By default, internal calls are not recorded, unless your admin decides it.
Team Settings: if you are multiple participants from the same team, only one bot should be joining, which is the call host’s.
